Non-Disclosure: We are willing to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request.

Please note that your data will be transferred to and processed in the People’s Republic of China, where our central servers and manufacturing facilities are located. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data during this transfer.

2. Terms and Conditions / Terms of Use

2.1. General
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Sureton website and the sale of products (“Products”) and services by Sureton (“We”, “Us”) to the client (“You”). By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.2. Quotations and Orders
Quotes are valid for [30] days unless stated otherwise.
Orders are only binding upon our written confirmation (Sales Order/Proforma Invoice).
Due to the custom nature of manufacturing, minor quantity variations (+/- 5%) shall be accepted as standard industry practice unless otherwise agreed.
2.3. Tooling and Molds (Important for Die Casting)
Ownership: Upon full payment of tooling fees, the molds/die-casting tools become the exclusive property of the Client.
Storage: Sureton agrees to store and maintain the molds at our facility for a period of [e.g., 2 years] from the last order date free of charge.
Life Cycle: We guarantee the mold life as specified in the quotation.
2.4. Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, standard payment terms are [e.g., 50% deposit with order, 50% prior to shipment].

2.5. Delivery and Risk

You retain full ownership of your designs, drawings, and specifications provided to us.

Our Commitment to Your IP
At Sureton, we understand that your designs are your most valuable assets. We enforce strict IP protection protocols:
Confidentiality: Your CAD files, 3D models, and technical drawings are strictly confidential. They are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
Internal Access Control: Only designated project engineers and production managers have access to your design files.
NDA Ready: We are happy to sign your standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or provide our own mutual NDA before you share any sensitive data.
No IP Theft: We are a contract manufacturer. We do not sell your proprietary parts to other customers or use your molds for anyone else.
